Preschool Halloween Party

Jonathon dressed up today in his awesome Batman Halloween costume for preschool today. At preschool he had a little Halloween party and they sang fun Halloween songs, had snacks, and even got to trick -or- treat their own teacher at her house! He had a blast looking at all of his classmates costumes and really was excited about the fact that his friend was Robin! Mrs. Spencer was all dressed up too and looked so cute. She was so excited for the kids when they knocked on her door and she handed them the cutest little bag of treats. What a great teacher Jonathon has, we are so lucky. Jonathon has been wearing his costume all week, to the grocery store, while taking naps, etc. I say why not, best to get good use out of it so I don't feel bad about paying money for a one time usage. He has been so excited about being Batman and is very into him right now! That's a four year old boy for you. Jonathon told me about how he and Robin played together today and how he rescued the yellow princess (an adorable girl in his class dressed up as Belle). He talked about how he saved her and how she's pretty and how he wants to marry that princess. haha. So cute! Yesterday before bed he talked on and on telling me how his name is Batman Jonathon and how batman is going to pull up to our house in his batmobile and call out, "Hey Batman Jonathon, come with me!" Then he said he would jump into the batmobile with him and they would go fight the joker! He then asked if we lived near Gotham city and if Batman lived in Washington? Oh my goodness he is the cutest and most interesting little person ever! I LOVE his imagination! This is such a fun time to be a mom.
