Caleb - 9 months!

My little stud here turned nine months today! This handsomely adorable little guy has changed so much in the past few months!

• Caleb LOVES food, all baby food, pieces of any food we are eating that is a fruit or veggie, his little baby crackers, everything!
• When he hears footsteps anywhere near him he army crawls left, or right or back and forth to see who it is. If you don't come immediately to him, he cries. 
• He flaps his arms up and down so fast like he's about to take off for flight at  any moment, he does this with his legs too and we always know when he's excited about something and doing it because we hear the thumping of his legs :)
• He still does not like to be dressed, always fusses when you're changing his onesie or putting an outfit on.
• He takes two good naps a day and right when he wakes he expects to be fed, he expects a b line straight to the food. He sleeps through the night like a champ.
• He sits up without any support just fine and can go from a sitting position over to being on his tummy.
• Caleb is a talker and loves to jabber away, he said his first "dada" on my birthday! Hey what about mama :)
• Caleb LOVES playing with daddy and big brother. Whenever he sees them the arms go flapping and he laughes and giggles and screams. 
• His favorite games to play are peek-a-boo, pat-a-cake, itsy-bitsy spider, and popcorn popping :) He loves to play hide and seek with Jake. He will be sitting on the bed and Jake will crouch down and crawl to the other side of the bed and pop out and say boo! He screams and laughs each time, it's so hilarious!
• His right eye still has the blue patch and I'm thinking maybe by now it will stay put, I love it.
• Caleb is going to be crawling any day, we're just waiting. he practically is, just with a teeny bit of his knees, but mostly pushes off the floor with his toes and uses his arms for most the weight. 
• He is into everything now so I am constantly on watch dog duty, making sure Jonathon hasn't left a wrapper or a little toy piece anywhere for him to grasp and stick in his mouth, which is where everything goes first!
• His little two front teeth are the cutest and sharpest things. He has bitten me many times, once while kissing him he bit my lip and it hurt! Whenever a hand or nose is near he loves to try and bite! His toys are his chew toys and he attacks them like no tomorrow!
• Speaking of attack I love when he gets tired and is in attack mode. When I'm holding him he reaches with both arms out, grabs at my hair or my face and pulls in, trying to bite at whatever while nuzzling his face into me.
• He loves kisses and understand when I say, "Caleb, where's mommy's kisses!?" He will then turn his face and lean a little forward with his mouth wide open! I love this!
• His legs are really strong, he can hold himself up on the couch while standing for a while, I stay near in case he topples over.
• He has the cutest belly laugh, just like his big brother :) We love to tickle his tickle spots to hear it, on his sides, under his chin and on his legs.
• When daddy comes home from work he is glued to him, the stars align and his eyes follow him everywhere he goes. Although, he is a total mamas boy :)
• I love his chubbiness on his arms and legs and double chin.
• He is mr. drool baby and I have captured it below 
• He likes to have a paci for bed and to be rocked and sung to.
• His smile makes my heart melt and I just want to eat him all up when he smiles at me or even a stranger.

Caleb is such a good baby, so relaxed, happy and healthy. I love this age so much! I am so lucky to be his mommy, I am loving every moment in every day! Happy 9 months my little butter bean!
