little brothers ROCK

My little man turned FOUR months old last week! I can hardy believe it. He is so fun and smiley and everyday we are seeing more of his personality unfold. Caleb gives certain looks that look just like Jonathon did at four months, but other times he has his own cute little look too. I still think he looks mostly like daddy. Jonathon has noticed Caleb's growth and extra stability and loves more hands on playing. Caleb does too and they just laugh together and smile at eachother and it just melts my heart to watch these brothers interact. I hope they will always be close, they will be close in age and in school grades growing up and I hope will be the best buddies.

Jonathon always lets me know when he hears Caleb begin to cry in his crib, even when I already know it, he is just a protective big brother. He is so helpful with getting me diapers or wipes, pacifiers or burp cloths, blankets or throwing the diapers away for me (nice). I love his abilities at this age, it makes having a newborn easier, its the perfect fit for us and I think three years is the lucky number between children. So for the future, we will probably stick to it. Today we had Jonathon hold Caleb propped up with a pillow on the couch and he was able to feed Caleb half of his bottle, it was sooooo sweet and Jonathon was grinning from ear to ear. Caleb's Grandma Rae got him this onesie that I just adore, it's true guys ... little brothers ROCK!
A little mobile picture taken quickly before church, my friend Amanda got him this outfit and it's just simply the cutest! I feel like singing ... "How much is that doggy in the window?" :)
