I'm so proud of Jonathon for finishing first grade with the best grades. I was so worried with how he would handle moving in the middle of the year to a different state. It didn't take him long to captivate everyone with his charm :) He's so positive and I'm so grateful for that! I don't think I would've handled such a big change well at his age. We love his school and we love living right next to it, so convenient :)

Last day of First Grade
Jonathon's last day of first grade was in the beginning of June and it was full of fun! Families were able to come participate at the class parties, field day, and awards ceremony. Jonathon had a blast with his buddies running all around playing games, and Caleb did too. Jonathon won the award for wonderful writer, this made this English degree momma happy! His class party was a luau and I had fun helping in the classroom, with Bella on my hip, and Caleb running around talking to all of Jonathons friends. That boy is not shy, he was quite the entertainment for the first grade class. Jonathon is the same, he was doing hula dancing for his classmates along to the Hawaiian music. He then announced that I should show everyone my hula dance because I "know how to hula...." I told him a long time ago that I took hula dance lessons in Maui, and he remembered this I guess, haha. Where do these kids come from? Jake and I were both shy...
