A year ago we were planning on celebrating our special five year in Hawaii, but with the baby's due date the day before, we knew we would have to improvise. So we brought Hawaii to our home yesterday and made the best of it, celebrating with our boys. Jake BBQ'd (in the pouring rain!) a very yummy carribean jerk chicken with pineapple skewers, yum!
Jake is such a good sport, he even put on the Hawaiian attire
He surprised me with these lovely Hawaiian decorations too. He had me come downstairs, he blind folded me, turned on Hawaiian music and when I opened my eyes I saw this! ^^^
I set up the chocolate fountain and we dipped pineapple, grapes and bananas in it... Jonathon loved this part of dinner!!
It was so fun! We pretended the ocean was right outside our window and made a toast with our coconut glasses for another great year of marriage, learning, loving and growing together!

That is so cool!! I'm so jealous we just celebrated our 15 year and it consisted of lunch at bajio with the 2 littlest and dinner with all 6 talking about 15 years earlier we never would have pictures this! But still very greatful. Still maybe Jake could teach some lessons!
