Baby Caleb's first few weeks...

Baby Caleb will be three weeks old tomorrow, it all seems like a haze to us! He is growing by the minute and we can see him filling out a little bit and becoming a little more sturdy. Today as I was holding him I could even tell a difference in his weight. Caleb is staying more awake after feedings to check out the world and we are loving his wakeful time, to "oooo" and "ahh" at him. The newborn stage really is such a short time so I am trying to enjoy each second, except at night I will admit I long for the future when he sleeps through the night!

Jake is back working full time at work and this has been my first few days this week at home alone with the boys. It is actually going a lot better than I expected. We are so grateful for the help over the past few weeks with meals and friends watching Jonathon. Jonathon loves to be my partner and help me with the things I do to take care of Caleb. He likes to watch every diaper change and help give the pacifier to Caleb when he cries. It's very adorable, even more heart melting when he tells me all the time during the day how much he loves his baby brother.

Here are some pictures of Caleb's first few weeks here on earth in our home :)

Aunt Brittany took these beautiful shots, check out her photography blog on the side column to see more >>
