I received the best early Christmas present -- this picture. These tiny little Ugandan babies are wearing the outfits, hats and blankets donated by Ryan's closet to Africa! The sweet lady I work with from Seattle who started the NICU unit there at the Luwero District hospital, finally was able to snap some pictures on her last visit. This made me so happy, and I know that it makes Ryan happy too. I cannot wait to go with her one day, delivering the donations by hand to this wonderful and humble community. Seeing the babies, helping however I can, meeting the families, is a dream. I hope to donate there as long as I live, it's such a an incredible story. An African district with no hospital care, losing many preemie infants, is turned around by one courageous Seattle woman who saw a big need!
