White Christmas

A couple night's ago my friend Natalie and I made a spontaneous decision to go see "White Christmas" playing at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle. I am so glad we did this! It was so amazing! I love this movie and knew it would make a great musical! The actors and actresses did an amazing job singing and the dancing was amazing too! This was the perfect event to really put the Christmas spirit into the week. If you haven't seen this classic movie, rent it!
Seattle is so beautiful, especially at night, and especially at Christmas time with lights on every tree imaginable!
The 5th Avenue Theatre is beautiful! Oh my gosh, I have been there before but I really looked at the details of this old theatre and it took my breathe away.
I loooved all the dancing and the beautiful dresses the women wore, I want to wear one so bad :)
This was the ending scene of the play where the most magical thing happened, it snowed on the entire theatre audience! The cast asked us all to join in on singing, "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas" and as we were all singing it started "snowing" on everyone. There were gasps of delight all around us and my friend and I were laughing and smiling from ear to ear.

I am so glad I was able to enjoy this special holiday night out, thanks to my sweet husband who is spontaneous too and was happy for me that I was able to go.

One of my favorite songs from the movie... "Count your blessings not sheep!"
