I'm so glad spring is coming. Today, for the first time, I noticed that little buds are on all the trees in our neighborhood and this made me really happy because I know soon these tiny buds will be like this picture, full of beautiful blossoms. It made me feel so much peace because, like in my own life, I know that spring will always come after the winter and I am really relying on that. We have had such a tough "winter" as you could say and we are really looking forward to the "spring" and summer ahead in our lives. I'm so thankful for a Heavenly Father who carries us through the winter blizzards and gives buds of hope for the spring time ahead.*Side note: I am into cross stitching now! Thanks to my sweet mother-in-law for teaching me, who is amazing at sewing and stitching, etc. Geez, my new hobbies are family history work and stitching, haha, what next...??

If I remember, I'll have to send you some a CUTE pattern I just got. It is of a girl angel (see here: http://www.beckyhiggins.com/blog/2009/02/sentimental-touch.html)
and I fell in love with it and just got it last week in the mail. It is so cute and you switch out the aprons each month. Some time this summer, I hope to get a start on it...would this be something you would be interested in?
Very well said- I hope your 'spring' comes soon. You absolutely deserve it after the hard winter you have had. We definitely all go through 'winters'
in our lives that are harder than others but that the Lord puts us through because he knows us better than we know ourselves. Remember that the Lord is watching over you and will never leave you alone- even in the coldest of times
Ashley -- I am sure you will enjoy all of your handwork -- especially when it is done! Your pictures of "Spring" are so refreshing & uplifting -- I don't think Spring will come as soon in Idaho. Thanks for sharing. Corenna
