Disney on Ice

My mom and I took the kids to see Disney On Ice a few weeks ago. I like that it is becoming a new tradition every year it comes, this was our third time. The theme was Dare to Dream, which I just love. The boys loved it and were as still as statues the entire time, but I think my mom and I enjoyed it the most :) The boys dressed up in their woody and buzz outfits for the occasion. We got them shaved ice in cute mickey cups, cotton candy inside viking helmets, and churros (my fave). Anything Disney is always an amazing production. It was such a fun night out with these boys.
All of the Disney princesses and princes skated and some of their stories were told, my past ten year old self was in heaven. The skaters are so incredibly talented. Being there and seeing all the little girls dressed up in their princess outfits made me so excited inside to do this with my little girl someday. The Tangled part of the night, which is one of my favorite Disney movies, was amazing. I felt like I was watching cirque du soleil as they did acrobatics in the air coupled with ice skating. In the ending scene there were actual floating lanterns all over the sealing just like in the movie, it gave me chills and then every Disney princess and prince came out and skated all together, with Mickey and Minnie as the final act. It was so cute! I think both my mom and I were crying, how embarrassing!
