We're Back!

We had a great vacation in California. The 14 hour drive was rough, but Jonathon was such an angel and did great! Thank goodness for our DVD player! It was fun being all together, singing, laughing, talking, eating snacks, during those 14 hours. My mom made the Christmas tree a white angel theme in honor of Ryan, we loved it, it was a great surprise when we walked through the door! I took over a hundred pictures so I need to figure out a faster way to put them all on here, but here's a few. I put most of them on my facebook for those who have it :)


The holiday was fun with my family and seeing all my siblings was so good! I miss them all already! Before Christmas we shopped, baked, watched movies, etc. And after we went to the zoo, enjoyed our gifts, ate out, went to the movies, played lots of games with the family, etc. Although there were a few downs (like my mom falling down the stairs with an arm full of presents Christmas Eve and fracturing her ankle!) and the huge emptiness we felt from missing Ryan there with us, we felt the peace of the Savior and felt much love from our loved ones.


The best gift of all was my picture by Del Parson of the Savior holding a baby (that was signed personally to me from him!) and letters to us in a white stocking from all my family and extended family members of how Ryan has touched their lives!
