In Honor of Ryan and other angel babies

The Walk To Remember here in Renton, WA was beautiful today. They had donuts and hot cocoa for us and a clown to makes fun balloon animals for the kids. The walk was about a mile and everyone walked with balloons that stated the babies names that were lost and messages to them. The walk was on a beautiful memorial trail right next to the water about a mile long. It was such a beautiful and sunny day. After the walk they had a memorial service where we all walked down to the dock near the water and were given white flowers to throw into the water. They read a sweet poem about how these babies will always be remembered, that they are important, and will never be forgotten! It was heart wrenching, but so amazing to see all of these families gathered together, grieving together, over the loss of these special babies. It really made us feel comforted in knowing we are not a lone in this. We met a nice family who lost a son also named Ryan two years ago. We cried together and she invited me to a group she said was awesome called Journey that meets at Children's hospital. They also released white balloons in honor of these pure and angelic babies. It was a great day and I know that Ryan saw our love for him today and knows how much we miss him and can't wait to see him again.

What an amazing thing to do! Do they have something like that here I wonder? Lori would love to do that I'm sure! You guys are so strong and amazing. I love that picture of you and Jake walking. Your shirts are so cute too! Hang in there, Ryan loves you just as much as you do him and I know he sees it.

What a beautiful day. As hard as it was, I bet it was a neat experience to be surrounded by so many people who have gone through exactly what you have. Your tee-shirts are so sweet. You guys are doing a good job.

I tried to find a walk like that here and couldn't locate one. Do you know if there is a national website or something that has the different walks around the country?
