Karate Kid!

My little man LOVES KARATE! He had his first graduation ceremony, moving from white belt to yellow! He has done so well each week during his lessons and totally deserved to move up. We're so proud of him and love how much he enjoys it. He's learning so much and I love the benefits of karate at home. His respect level is higher, he answers to me  with yes ma'am, which I never ask of him to do. If he is acting up and I mention telling his Sensei (who makes naughty kids do push-ups) he corrects himself straight away. He's really good at it too, if I may gloat for a minute. I don't know if it's because of all the times he's watched Kung Fu Panda or what, but he has a natural talent for it and catches on to the moves very quick. It's the cutest thing to watch. We're so glad Grandma, Aunt Britt, Uncle Chris and Uncle Alex all came to support him. We're excited watching him continually grow in this. I hope he sticks with it and achieves a black belt, how cool (and handy) would that be!? The ultimate protector... Hi-yah!
