Home Renovation

I just wanted to post some pictures of Jake's awesome renovation job he did on our other property located in the Manorwood housing development here in town. This was Jake's first flip and it all went really well. He loved doing this, he loves real estate and I couldn't be happier for him. The house just got sold last week, so we are very excited about that! I loved this house, I wish I could have moved into it :) I don't have the "before" pictures but let's just say the before pictures show how the house used to look left in the 80's!

There is a beautiful deck outside that was ripped up and re-done and now looks beautiful! This picture is taken from the deck outside looking into the living area through two beautiful french doors.
Jake staged the home with furnishings while it was up for sale, here is some of the furniture, I love this couch ^ The carpet is all brand new throughout the house. Jonathon's on the right playing :)

This house has a beautiful view, big backyard, five bedrooms, Jake staged a bonus room with a big screen t.v. and beautiful couches as a movie room. Fun! The entire house was re-painted inside and out. I'm going to miss visiting this house. It was fun hanging out here and seeing the improvements from start to finish. It's like a whole new house. Good job Jake, I'm so proud of you babe!!
