Happy 2nd Birthday babes!

Tonight before bed I just wanted to wish my son a happy 2ND birthday!!! I will post more later with pictures of his basketball party here at our home today. I can't believe he is two already, just two years ago at this exact moment, Jake, Jonathon, and I were in the postpartum room at the Good Samaritan hospital sleeping together, and we were learning each minute how to take care of him, nurse him, recover from labor, etc. Those moments were sacred, Jonathon was just sent from Heaven and we felt his strong spirit in those early moments together, where I was in aw. I love being his mommy, I love him with all my being. He has taught me tremendous things, he made me a mother, and motherhood has strengthened me, humbled me, and filled me with so much joy that can't be described with words. I love you my sweet and fun boy and I hope you had a great day today and felt the celebration and love that you deserve. It was fun watching old baby videos today and reminiscing in my journal of those early infant days :) These two years went by so fast and we have enjoyed every second!
