Baby

I had my follow up ultrasound today and the baby is measuring at 25 weeks, so the due date will stay the same and just like with Jonathon, I have a high amount of fluid the radiologist said, which she said should be monitored but I don't know why. She did some 3-D pictures and video which was sooo neat! He is such a cutie! He wouldn't open his fists again so I will need another follow up ultrasound so we can get a better picture of his hands and make sure the other cyst has gone away. Has anyone heard of Choroid Plexus Cysts? One cyst in the baby's brain fluid has gone away (yay) and one more remains, there were two... one on each side of the brain... so we are hopeful all is well and will turn out good. Everything else is perfect. Enjoy the video, (mom!), of this very wiggly boy! That makes two wiggly boys, oh boy!!

Actually we have heard about the cysts. Ethan and Brynlee both had them and we were worried too, but they both went away before they were born. For some reason some babies get them while in utero and they don't know why. I had to have a couple extra ultrasounds too just to be sure...but hey it was fun to see them in the ultrasounds and more than just once each pregnancy, and everything worked out fine. Ammon gave me a couple blessings during that time too which I was grateful for that blessed me that everything would be ok. Anyway, it looks like everything is going well and I can't wait to see your cutie!!! You are the most beautiful pregnant woman ever!! Aren't 3-D ultrasounds the coolest? :-)

Awwwwwww! He looks so cute! Hopefully everything will turn out okay with the cyst. If one went away, maybe the other will too. I'm sure he'll be just adorable either way!

I hadn't heard of this so I googled and found this...thought I would share..."A CPC diagnosis is scary, no doubt about it. But rest assured that the experts agree that the vast majority of these babies are perfectly healthy, and their CPC is just a normal part of growth and development."
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and baby boy....have fun on your vacation!!
