This morning was a wonderful morning! Jake, Jonathon and I went to my wonderful Dr. Jennifer for my first OB appointment with our second baby. Below is the ultra sound of baby number two. It was very active but it stayed still for a picture. I am measuring to be due Oct. 28th now. My sister and I were both born in October, and so was my uncle and grandparents, etc. So it's a popular month for our family and we are so excited. I love October birthdays because you can have the best costume parties and games with halloween and all.
There is nothing in the world like seeing the baby's teeny fluttering heart beat for the first time, it's truly a miracle. I am so relieved that everything is going so smoothly and the baby and I are happy, healthy, and haven't really been sick at all! Thanks for the good pregnancy genes mama :)

For those who can't make it out because it's fuzzy, the uterus is the dark circle in the middle, and inside it is the baby with the head on the right, spinal cord curved at the top, arms and legs dangling underneath, and the heart are the two tiny little dark spots in the middle.
